You are invited to attend the 2022 Gippsland Climate Change Network Incorporated Annual General Meeting.

We are delighted that we can gather together for the 2022 AGM. A chance to reflect upon the successes of the past year and the future challenges. Instead of having a guest speaker we decided it was a good chance to reconnect with friends and to meet new likeminded people. Light refreshments will be provided to assist the friendly networking.

Draft Rules of Gippsland Climate Change Network Inc.
We request you register via link to Eventbrite below to assist with catering and so you can receive a Teams Link to attend online. Please follow COVID etiquette, if you have any symptoms please attend online.
At the meeting, attendees will have the opportunity to:
- to receive reports and Q&A on GCCN’s operations
- to receive reports and Q&A on GCCN’s finances
At the meeting, financial members will be asked to vote to:
- accept the minutes of the last annual general meeting
- accept the annual report
- accept the auditor’s report
- accept the annual financial statements
- appoint an auditor
- vote on proposed resolution
- elect board members
The following special resolution/s will be proposed at the annual general meeting:
1 a. That the Rules of the Gippsland Climate Change Network Inc., as published and endorsed by the Board, be adopted.
b. These Rules supersede the previous Constitution.
c. That the secretary or approved delegate lodge the new rules in myCAV within 28 days of this special resolution.
