We invite you to read the GCCN Winter 2024 eNews.
It’s that time of year again when the GCCN-led team begins to count down to the launch of the annual Gippsland New Energy Conference. The three-day event starts on the 3rd of September:
• Signature ticketed GNEC Conference 3rd and 4th (Traralgon)
• Free community ‘Discover Renewable Energy Expo’ on the 4th starting at 4 pm (Traralgon)
• Specialised Gippy Youth Jobs Summit on the 6th (Morwell)
This year’s venue, the Gippsland Performing Arts Centre Precinct, boasts state-of-the-art facilities including a 700-seat auditorium, four breakout spaces, and a spacious exhibition area at the Town Hall. The Gippsland Performing Arts Centre is the centrepiece of the Latrobe Creative Precinct in the Victorian city of Traralgon and the country of the Gurnai / Kurnai.
“Hosting the conference this year fills us with great excitement and pride, underscoring our region’s commitment in the energy sector. It serves as an opportunity to collaborate and discuss critical matters within the energy industry and learn about the cutting-edge technologies that will shape our future projects.” Latrobe City Council Mayor, Councillor Darren Howe.
