With recent government commitments and major infrastructure announcements, our region is well-positioned to lead the way in building a cleaner, more resilient energy future. The opening of the Clean Energy Centre at Morwell campus, the TAFE Centre of Excellence, and continued investment in offshore wind and onshore renewable energy projects are creating new opportunities, skills, and local jobs for our community.
Record numbers of Australians are also embracing home batteries, solar, and EVs, reflecting strong public support for renewables. Now, more than ever, Gippsland is ready to harness the economic, environmental, and community benefits of this new energy era.
